What your customers hear and read

Two kinds of examples: a phone call your AI receptionist answers, and the texts your customers get. All of them are samples with invented customers, built from the real playbooks and message wording.

How it handles a burst pipe

Built from our plumbing playbook. Your company name, services and hours go where ours are.

Incoming call · answered by your AI receptionist6:12 am
  1. AI receptionist

Thanks for calling [Your company]. I’m an AI assistant, and this call is recorded. Is there active water leaking right now?

  2. Caller

Yes! A pipe under the kitchen sink burst. There’s water everywhere.

  3. Emergency: burst pipe
  4. AI receptionist

Okay, we’ll treat this as an emergency. Have you tried turning off the water main?

  5. Caller

Yes, I just shut it off.

  6. AI receptionist

Good, that helps. When did you first notice it?

  7. Caller

    About twenty minutes ago.

  8. AI receptionist

Thanks. Can a plumber come at 8 or 9 this morning?

  9. Caller

    8.

  10. AI receptionist

You’re booked for 8 this morning.

What it’s following

  • Quick and calm. Most plumbing callers are stressed.
  • “Burst” or “flooding” means emergency: it offers the earliest times you’re open.
  • Never diagnoses the problem or quotes a repair on the phone. The plumber does that on site.

Sample script, not a recording of a real call. The caller is invented and the wording varies from call to call.

Or call (844) 933-3040 and hear it answer — any hour. It’s our own sales line, and it runs on Revenue Recovery Engine.
