Revenue Recovery Engine is software from SmartFlow Digital LLC. It does three things for home-service businesses: answers the calls you miss, texts your own past customers and dead quotes to rebook them, and replies to new web leads before your competitor does.
Why compliance is the product
Texting your customer list is the fastest money in a service business and the easiest way to get yourself in trouble. So the rules are built into the software rather than left to you: messages go only to people you already have a relationship with, never a purchased list. Sends respect quiet hours in the recipient’s local time, not yours. “STOP” opts someone out instantly and permanently, and it survives a re-import. Every message is logged with the reason we believed we were allowed to send it, and you can export the whole record.
That is the part most tools treat as a checkbox. It is the part we would want if it were our own list and our own license on the line.
Where we are
RRE is early. There are no customer stories on this site yet, because there are none to show — we would rather say that than borrow someone else’s numbers. The 14-day trial exists so you can find out on your own list instead of taking our word for it.
