Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-10-02
California and several other states give residents the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Here is what happens on our website and how to opt out.
What we do
We don’t sell personal information for money. If you click OK on our cookie banner, our site uses Meta and Google advertising and analytics tools that receive information about your visit (and, if you sign up, a scrambled copy of your email, name and phone number). California law may treat that as a “sale” or “sharing”. If you’d rather we didn’t, opt out below or choose Dismiss on the banner. We also honour your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.
Opt out
Opting out stops the Meta and Google tools on this browser. Our website usage analytics provider is listed on our subprocessors page.
How we use vendor services
We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe for payments, Twilio for telephony, Synthflow for voice AI, Supabase for storage) to operate the Service. These vendors are bound by contract to use data only to provide their services to us, not for their own commercial purposes. A current list is available at /subprocessors.
Exercise your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of sale and sharing. Email us at privacy@smartflow.tools.
We aim to respond within 45 days. You won’t be treated any differently for asking.
This page may be updated as state privacy laws evolve. For the full picture of how we collect and use personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
